The wine list must live up to these two high standards dinners.

This was the challenge embraced by João Chambel and Rodolfo Tristão. The first one is the sommelier of Vestigius Wine & Gin Bar, graduated with Advanced level of London’s Sommeliers’ Court of Masters, João is indeed a breath of fresh air in the wine business. The latter is the resident sommelier of 1300 Taberna, president of the Portuguese Sommeliers’ Association and director of the magazine Escanção.

We couldn’t ask for more nor better. Both men were in charge of selecting what we will drink tonight. Together with the guest chefs, they have carefully chosen bold and unusual proposals, matching the Young Chefs with Guts spirit.
