Within the scope of the post-graduation on Trends’ Studies, in Faculty of Letters of University of Lisbon, the journalist Cristina Belo will observe the second edition of Young Chefs with Guts. The purpose is to analyse and bring together insights that will translate a definition of a corporate strategy to carry out in 2015. To study trends means to understand the will and behaviour of consumers as well to observe the signs in the present, which enable us to anticipate the future.
Innovation, according to Cristina, “is a collaborative process, focused on the production of transforming ideas, it works as a motivation boost and the path taken by Young Chefs with Guts so far, in its short existence, is a living proof that it holds already all the necessary ingredients to keep surprising and innovating.”
